We were delighted to have participated in this year Cambridge Half Marathon, raising funds in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Over 10,000 runners took part on 6th March through closed roads in the beautiful city, passing historic landmarks including two iconic colleges of the University of Cambridge.
Our team of runners completed the 13.1-mile course in good time, starting and ending in Victoria Avenue.
We’re proud to raise a total of £350 pounds for a local charity that is near and dear to our hearts.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance is a local life-saving charity, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It saves lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or car to seriously ill or injured people in the region. It’s completely funded by the community and sponsorship events, like the Cambridge Half Marathon.
We’re looking forward to our next EAAA charity fundraising event.
